
I’ve had an awesome time volunteering with MCCY on their "Active Health" initiative. We organised community fitness sessions and wellness workshops to promote healthy living digitally. It was great seeing people of all ages come together to exercise and learn about health. Plus, I picked up some excellent tips on staying fit and also found like minded individuals who are equally passionate about wellness. If you’re a homebody into health and fitness, this is a fantastic way to contribute to the community at your own time!🏃♀️🏋️♂️
